The Mother's Day celebration at PENRO Sarangani was a resounding success, honoring and appreciating the efforts of the mothers and wives among the personnel. The event served its objectives by boosting morale, promoting a positive work culture, and expressing gratitude toward these exceptional women. By acknowledging their vital roles, PENRO Sarangani showcased its commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all its personnel.

Event Details:
Speeches and Testimonials:Colleagues were given the opportunity to express their heartfelt gratitude and admiration for the mothers and wives in the organization. The speeches and testimonials emphasized the significant roles and contributions of these women, further reinforcing their value and importance within the PENRO Sarangani community.

Token of Appreciation:As a gesture of appreciation,  14 mothers from CENRO Glan were presented with flowers and a video presentation dedicated to them. In CENRO Kiamba, 11 mothers were given fragrance mist hair accessories, while in PENRO Sarangani, both the 29 mothers and 10 married men personnel received nasal inhalers and headache relief gel. These tokens aimed to convey the organization's gratitude for their selfless efforts and dedication.

Group Photo Session:A group photo session was organized, capturing the collective appreciation and camaraderie of the personnel. The photo served as a memorable keepsake, symbolizing unity and solidarity within the organization.

Lunch and Cakes:The celebration concluded with a delightful spread of refreshments, including lunch and cakes. This provided an opportunity for everyone to relax, mingle, and enjoy moments of camaraderie, further fostering a positive work culture.

Learning Event/Info Drive:CENRO Kiamba's Gad Focal Point System conducted a lecture on the RA 11210 105-day Expanded Maternity Leave law for the employees. The lecture aimed to provide important information and address frequently asked questions regarding maternity leave rights and benefits. This learning event highlighted the organization's commitment to supporting and empowering working mothers.
